Problem programming 2011 Mercedes G55 AMG Transmission Control Module

Hi,
I have a Maxisys PRO, wen I try program TCM, it does the download but after 100% programm it says was not possible to program successfully, and asks to try again.
Please I need an urgent help on this, now the car doesn't shift and is locked in L gear.
I've sent the datalog last Friday.

Thanks for the reply.
Still not working, after download of the file, the next message is "Control Module reset ETC", there is no bar progress anymore, and after this i get "Control Unit programming was not completed successfully", The programming procedure will be automatically repeated in 8 seconds.

Hi, according to the data log you uploaded, we can see that all the reply from vehicle about resetting ECU is negative, which means the ECU is defective. Please replace it with another new ECU. Thanks!
